The Academy of Chocolate Awards 2023 was recently held in London.

It was founded by the independent British Academy of Chocolate, which has made it its mission to raise the standards of chocolate production and encourage people to consume wisely.

Every year since 2005, the Academy has identified the world's most talented chocolate makers and presented the prestigious award to chocolate products.

Products are judged on external criteria, depth of flavour and aroma, length of preparation and complexity of recipe. And the main judges are leading chocolatiers and manufacturers, cookery writers, journalists and bloggers.

The Ukrainian brand Healthy Choice sent its best sweets, which have long been bestsellers in Ukraine, to the competition.

The brand received a bronze award for its buckwheat chocolate and Krispy candies, while salt taffy received a flavour award.

"Our team has always endeavoured to create the best and highest quality product, so we are always keeping up with the times: updating our equipment and recipe. We used to only have chocolate melangers, but recently we switched to new Selmi equipment. It is made in Italy, but it came to us from Switzerland itself. Now the chocolate is even more delicious.
